Campaign Roll-Out Pain Away x Sydney Marathon
Pain Away partnered with the TCS Sydney Marathon for the second consecutive year, building on their presence with multiple activations in the lead-up and throughout event week. My job was to design all visual assets needed across the build up to this event and any on-site material needed at the trade show and on social platforms.

In collaboration with the Brand Manager and Regulatory team, I worked on refreshing the Heat Patches packaging to improve clarity and the overall customer experience.
The previous packaging created confusion around product usage, so the redesign focused on clearly communicating how to use the product correctly while highlighting its key benefits and unique selling points.
Working within a tight production timeline, I collaborated closely with stakeholders to deliver an updated packaging solution that reduced customer confusion and contributed to increased sales.

Print & Packaging
I designed and delivered a wide range of print and packaging assets for Pain Away, managing updates and new product development across a portfolio of 20+ SKUs.
I worked on items such as: product packaging, SRT’s, floor stands, shelf talkers, shelf strips, counter units, banners & other sales and marketing collateral.
I worked closely with barcodes, generating different barcodes for different types of packaging and managed the barcode registry.
I worked inline with brand guidelines and Pantone colour systems.
Creation and Building of EDM flows
Together with the Brand Manager and Digital Marketing lead, I designed, executed and built a full suite of 10 automatic email flows in our CRM platform. After the full campaign of digital flows was live we saw a uplift in online digital sales and were consistently growing our database.
